This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited uses of the Vasco application.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Vasco to:
- Fraudulent billing — Create invoices for work not performed or inflate amounts
- False credentials — Enter fake certifications, licenses, or insurance details
- Harassment — Send threatening or abusive messages through the App's share features
- Spam — Send unsolicited bulk messages to customers via payment reminders or follow-ups
- Data harvesting — Systematically extract customer data for resale or unauthorized marketing
- Impersonation — Create accounts impersonating other contractors or businesses
- Illegal work — Manage or schedule work that violates local building codes or labor laws
- Tax evasion — Use the App's features to create false financial records
- Unauthorized access — Attempt to access other users' data or bypass security measures
- Automated abuse — Use bots or scripts to interact with the App or its APIs
Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- Warning notification
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to relevant authorities (for illegal activities)
